Owner and President Shane O’Neill, has over a decade of civil earthworks experience and has successfully led crews to complete multi-million dollar civil infrastructure and earthworks projects working on and off First Nation Lands.
As a proud Tsleil-Waututh Nation member, Shane is passionate about providing opportunities for indigenous individuals to cultivate their skills and in turn, form driven and results oriented crews.
